Please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to ship as each order is made to order. Due to Covid shipping times may vary.

We occassionally run complimenatry shipping promotions here. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

All products are made upon order and carefully created in New York City. Once dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified with tracking information for your order.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Please use the contact form with the subject "return" and have the order number in your message.

No returns 14 days after purchase. Your refund via your original payment will be incurred after quality control in house at the House.

Taxes are incurred at checkout and automatically processed within contingency with the rest of your order. Taxes vary based on the order.

Once an order has been completed, we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address. Exceptions can be made in the event of a simple spelling error, if this is the case, please contact customer support as quickly as possible and state clearly the changes that need to be made.
