MUSTY ships worldwide from the United States.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to the nature of our products, limited production quantities, and small-batch manufacturing processes, fulfillment times may vary.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for fulfillment and dispatch. Certain products, limited releases, and special projects may require additional processing time. Where applicable, estimated fulfillment timelines will be noted on the relevant product page.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
MUSTY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, international transit disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MUSTY is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay applicable duties or taxes, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
